Oregon Wing Conference

Oregon Wing Annual Conference at the Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum in McMinnville.

Complete the registration form and return by Wednesday October 22 to guarantee your place at the conference or banquet.

There will be three tracks, one will be devoted to Cadets and Aerospace Education, one will be devoted to Operations and Emergency Services and one will be devoted to other areas of interest to CAP members.

The conference will start with a General Session. and conclude with a banquet with awards and a Change of Command ceremony for Oregon Wing.

Cost:

• Full registration - $65 for Seniors and $35 for Cadets. (includes conference, Banquet and lunch on Saturday)
• Conference only - Seniors $35 and free for Cadets. (includes conference and lunch on Saturday)
• Banquet only $35 for Seniors and Cadets.

Registration

• Full registration includes lunch on Saturday, and one banquet ticket.
• Additional banquet tickets may be purchased.
• Conference only includes admission to the conference activities during the day, lunch on Saturday, but not the banquet and admission to the museum.

The conference will be held on the second floor of the Space Museum. The banquet will be in the Space Museum itself. Saturday lunch will be held in the National Guard Armory across the street behind the F-15 monument. The Armory will open Friday and Saturday nigh for anyone who wishes to use the facilities for an overnight stay. Please park towards the rear of the museum lot.

Uniform:

Either the AF blue uniform or aviator shirt would be appropriate at the conference. No flight suits or BDUs except while traveling. At the banquet the AF blue uniform or aviator shirt is appropriate as well as the Jacket or blazer combination if you wish.
