Annual Squadron Reporting Requirements(Due by 1 Nov every year)

• CAPR 173-1, para 16c requires commanders of units to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement to the wing commander by 1 November of each year.  That statement can be found at the CAP.gov website in the publications section under CAPR 173-1.  All flight, squadron and group commanders are required to sign and submit one of these forms yearly.
  • Complete ORWGF 36, Unit Approvers, informing WIng who is authorized to approve a units expenditures.
• Complete Form ORWGF 33, Recurring Expenses if the unit has any recurring expenses.
• Submit a Financial Disclosure Statement
• Submit a Contributed Facility Worksheet. See Contirbuted Facility Explanation for instructions.
